recommend 1E% from Omega-3, corresponding to 2-3 g a day. As
Omega 3
Nutridan contains approx 30% of
Omega–3, one spoon full (ca 8 g) will cover the
body daily need for healthy fatty acids. The new cooking oil must be seen as
the type of fat that replaces other types of fat that have
the purposes such as
frying, baking, dressings and marinades.
